The Escort FieldHunter Turkey is a 20 gauge pump-action shotgun with a 22 inch chrome-plated Ni-Cr-Mo barrel and a 3 inch chamber. The synthetic stock has checkered grip surfaces, a rubber butt pad, and sling studs. An alloy receiver carries a 5 inch Weaver cantilever optic rail.

Sights are a windage-adjustable red fiber-optic front and a windage-and-elevation-adjustable green fiber-optic rear. A manual cross-button trigger safety is standard. Three chokes are included: F, IM, and Extended Turkey. Overall length is 42 inches and weight is 6.20 lbs.
