Description

This early-production Colt Python revolver, manufactured in 1958, showcases the craftsmanship that made the Python legendary among double-action revolvers. Chambered in .357 Magnum, it features the iconic 6-inch barrel with full lug and vent rib, deep royal blue finish, and checkered walnut grips with gold Colt medallions.

As one of the original “snake guns” from Colt's premium line, this first-decade example remains highly collectible. It retains 80–89% of its original finish with signs of honest wear and light handling marks consistent with its age.
