Colt Officers Model Target 22 LR 6" Revolver

serial #50179, 22 LR, 6" barrel with an excellent bore. The metal surfaces of this 1947 made revolver retain about 99% professionally reapplied non-factory high polish blue. There are some old pits still visible under the new finish but overall the metal preparation has left the surfaces flat, markings very strong to crisp with no rounding of the edges. The un-numbered checkered walnut factory service grips with silver Rampant Colt medallions rate very good with light diamond point wear, a few dings and handling marks. The revolver features an elevation adjustable Patridge front sight, windage adjustable rear sight and the gun still times and locks up correctly. If you want a classy looking gun that you're not afraid to shoot this will fill the bill nicely.
