This particular model has a flat-faced adjustable trigger. The reasons are simply that this model offers a frame mounted optic and is made to shoot minor loads. What does that mean? Well frame mounted optics are great because you won't have to reaquire the red dot after the slide cycles, you can simply focus on the dot blaze through the targets. Being made to shoot minor loads is a plus especially for those of you that do not reload, you can shoot off the shelf standard and subsonic loads.
