The FN SCAR17S is the semi auto variant of the U.S. Special Operations Command’s newest service rifle. Free floated, cold hammer forged MIL-SPEC 1:12 bbl. w/ hard chromed bore. Bbl. terminated w/ threaded muzzle & correct FN muzzle brake. Monolithic upper receiver w/ over 16” of real estate for sight mounting w/ accessory rails all around the clock. Short stroke gas piston operated w/ reciprocating charging handle currently on left side. Folding hooded post front sight w/ folding/ removable rear peep sight adj. for windage & elevation. Ambidextrous mag release & safety selector w/ left side bolt release. Right side folding telescoping stock w/ adj. cheek piece does not hinder operation & may be operated in any position. Multiple sling mounting options left & right side, both front & rear. Checkered pistol grip in matching FDE finish. MAGS: 2 new factory 20 rd. FDE. CONDITION: all outward appearances indicate this firearm has seen very little use if any at all. Exterior finish is unblemished & bore is shiny w/ strong rifling. Fire control mechanism appears to function correctly when cycled by hand.
