Only 200 of these Model 29 revolvers were manufactured as a limited-edition by Lew Horton. The range of serial numbers in the series ended with CRZ5908. The serial number on this revolver is CRZ5909, so it is technically not part of the group of 200. This Model 29 features a non-fluted cylinder, square butt checkered walnut grips, and a polished blue finish, along with gold accents on the ejector rod, trigger, hammer and thumb latch. It is part of our S&W Archive Collection – a collection of rare Smith & Wesson firearms that are all brand-new, in original condition, but no longer manufactured.
