Rare Chinese Factory 636 SKS – New Condition, In Cosmoline!

Rare Chinese "Factory 636" SKS in new condition. While most Chinese SKSs were built by Jianshe Arsenal (factory 26,) this one was built by " Jilin Diesel Engine Factory," assigned the factory code of 636. Otherwise, this is a typical Chinese SKS, albeit one with a fair number of early features, including the "short collar" threaded-in barrel (as opposed to the later pinned style), the Russian style "n" marked sight, and milled trigger group. Condition is excellent and preserved from "new" configuration – this rifle is still well coated in Cosmoline! Metal surfaces are thus free of rust or other damage. Wood is greasy but without flaws. Stock markings match rifle. Rifle appears unfired.
