Introducing the first model in the SMG Family, the new LWRCI SMG .45 Pistol, designed to provide pistol caliber perfection. The SMG .45 Pistol is built on an AR platform and incorporates innovations and high-performance features typical of LWRCI. With its lightweight and compact design, the SMG .45 Pistol weighs only 5.2 lbs and folds down to 15.3 inches, making it easy to carry and handle.
 

The SMG .45 Pistol design incorporates compact ergonomics with unique performance features such as an 8.5" Cold Hammer Forged Chromoly Steel Barrel, LWRCI user-configurable rail system with strategically placed Picatinny segments, and LWRCI Rail Panels at 3,6 and 9 with a hand stop. The SMG .45 Pistol also has LWRCI Fully ambidextrous lower controls, LWRCI Ultra Combat Grip, New and Improved Advanced Fire Control Group, Magpul MBUS Pro Sights, and more. Additionally, the pistol is constructed using high-performance aluminum and steel materials with a premium hard coat anodized nitride nickel boron surface treatments throughout, ensuring that it is built to last.
 

The SMG .45 Pistol comes with two 25-round US-manufactured UMP magazines with a Paddle Style mag release for easy loading and magazine changes. Lower-capacity magazines are also available to meet state or local compliance. The pistol is designed to shoot suppressed using a booster/Neilson device, and its recommended ammunition is Remington Golden Saber 45 ACP AUTO Ammo 230 Grain Bonded Jacketed Hollow Point.
