Description
Manufactured in 1980. This come from the Custom Shop. A Colt model Python chambered in 357 magnum with hard chrome finish. This gun has a 6 inch barrel. Elliason adjustable rear sight with a straight front sight. Back when Colt Pythons retailed for $375 this custom shop gun was $550. That is 47% more. This Hard Chrome finish is harder to scratch than stainless steel. The grips are in excellent shape. You don't see many custom shop pythons. This one is in great shape.
The 6 inch stainless barrel has "PYTHON 357 * 357 MAGNUM CTG * along wtih the rampant Colt on the left side and "COLT'S PT EA MFG. CO. HARTFORD, CONN. U.S.A."
Gun comes in excellent condition. Appreas to have been fired very little.
Serial number LA7110 which dates it to 1980
