Description: You are bidding on a CZ Scorpion EVO 3 S1 Carbine FDE w/ Muzzle Brake in 9mm with a 16.2″ barrel. Available in two variants, the Scorpion Carbine is a whole new animal. Building on the lauded submachinegun platform that first hit the US civilian market in pistol form in 2015, the Carbine has a 16.2? barrel fitted with either a compensating muzzle brake or a faux suppressor built specifically for CZ-USA by SilencerCo. Fit with the factory’s folding adjustable stock, the Carbine features a number of US-made parts to make it fully 922(r) compliant. One of the nicest features of the firearm is the newly-designed forend, covered in M-LOK attachment points to keep the profile slim while still being big enough to swallow most pistol-caliber suppressors should the owner decide down the road to convert it into an SBR for use with a suppressor. Low-profile aluminum adjustable sights round out the platform, and a top Picatinny rail allows the mounting of a wide number of optics. Simple and reliable, the Scorpion not only has ambidextrous controls, its non-reciprocating charging handle is swappable and reach to the trigger is adjustable. Displayed images are stock photos. • We accept all major credit cards, certified checks or money orders for payment.
• Payment for all auctions must be received within 5 days of auction close.
• No sales tax will be charged on any auction.
• A 3% Processing fee will be charged for the use of a credit card.
• If you would like to place a firearm on layaway we will require a 20% non-refundable down payment and minimum monthly payments of 16% of the total auction price.

• We will only ship inside the United States, no international shipments.
• Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii pay actual shipping costs.
• Long guns will ship UPS ground and handguns will ship USPS Priority Mail unless prior arrangements are made.

  About Us

• All firearm sales must be shipped to an FFL holder for transfer. The buyer of an auction must make arrangements with their FFL holder. Any transfer fees that the FFL holder charges must be paid and are not included in the auction price.
• The bidder of an auction must make sure that the item they are purchasing complies with their state laws. If an auction is returned due to a state law or to a failure to pass a background check, the buyer is responsible for all shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
• The buyer of an auction has a 3 day inspection period, if the auction is to be returned the buyer will pay all shipping fees.
• In store pickup is available for all auction sales. Please note that handgun sales must have a background check performed in the buyers state of residence.
• We do reserve the right to end an auction with no bids at any time for sale in store. Auctions with bids will proceed to auction close and be sold to the highest bidder.
