Pre-Ban Colt Sporter Lightweight R6530 A2 16″ AR-15 Cal. 223 SL prefix – Excellent Condition

This beautiful Pre-Ban Colt Sporter Lightweight AR-15 chambered in .223 / 5.56 is in excellent, what appear to be unfired, condition.

This rifle has a serial number of SL023XXX which puts its date of production before the enactment of the 1994 AWB based on the research we have done. This rifle has the small screw front pivot pin with a mil-spec rear takedown pin. Additionally, the upper on this rifle has the "4" marking denoting the early M4 Carbine notation of M4 Feed Ramps in addition to the proof marks forward of the ejection port. It has a 1/7 twist 16" pencil barrel with the bayonet lug ground off and an A2 flash hider. The lower has very comfortable A2 furniture and the lower is an A2 profile with a small sear block visible on the right side.

Also included is one 20 round original Colt magazine.
