Colt Government Model Stainless Steel 1911 .45 – Good Condition, W/ Upgrades

Colt Government Model. Series 80, 1985 production. Pistol is overall good, very clean but with a fair amount of scratching and wear on the slide and frame – enough to make it clearly well loved, but not enough to make it unattractive. Most of the pistol is original, but includes some nice upgrade; namely, an upgraded trigger, Bar-Sto barrel and very tight bushing, high-strength recoil spring, and upgraded beavertail. Also includes a Wilson Combat magazine. The most major fault is a slightly crusty and loose rear sight, which should be replaced. Despite the wear, this is a smoothly operating and great example of a 1980s Series 80 1911 and would make for an excellent shooter.
