Colt Frontier Six Shooter Single Action Revolver SAA 44-40 Win 4 3/4" 

serial #168582, 44-40 Win, 4 3/4” barrel with an about very good bore which shows fairly strong evident rifling but with light pitting and light frosting. The metal surfaces are an overall plum and pewter patina, remaining mostly smooth, with some scattered light handling marks or dings and a few sparsely scattered pinprick pits. All of the markings are evident, the barrel address being a bit light, but the left side Frontier Six Shooter roll marking still crisp. The smooth checkered Rampant Colt grips rate good to about very good with a few minor dings and are worn nearly smooth but without any chips or cracks; they are numbered to another gun on their interior but fit extremely well. The front sight blade shows a minor impact mark on its top edge which could be easily dressed if one wished. All of the numbers are matching (cylinder un-numbered) and the gun seems to function well mechanically with surprisingly tight lockup.
