This is a Colt Single Action Army 2nd Generation in .45LC. The revolver is commemorating the surrender of General Robert E. Lee's army to General Ulysses S. Grant at the end of the civil war (1965). Appamattox was the Virginian courthouse that the surrender took place. The presentation case with royal blue interior with Lee and Grant on the exterior.
