1951 Colt “Commercial” Government Model 1911 – Very Good Condition!

1951 Colt "Commecial" Government Model 1911. C-suffix serial number pistol. Finish is a polished blue on the sides of the slide and frame with a matte blue finished balance. Fixed front and simple notch rear sights with finely checkered spur trigger. Brown plastic Colt grips with checkering and circled Colt logo. Includes one seven Colt round magazine. Condition is very good: Metal surfaces retain about 90% original finish with scattered dings, marks, scratches and light spots of fine pitting, blue retains luster. Grips show considerable spots of ingrained dirt but checkering is still strong. Bore is very good, bright and strongly rifled without damage.
