Description
1904 production "Carl Gustafs Stade" Swedish M/96 Mauser in good condition. This is the long pattern rifle, not the carbine. Barrel is factory threaded; the original cap has gone missing and has been replaced with an acryllic protector. (The caps are fairly easy to find online.) Wood is mostly very nice wih some damage around the buttplate. Metal surfaces are mostly good with some spotting and patina on the exposed section of barrel. Mechanical function is excellent. Bore is clean and strong. Stock disk is present.
